Jonas Miller is a teenager who has been staying with his uncle and cousin since the death of his parents and little sister in a car accident.

Adolescence is a difficult time but Jonas might actually not live long enough to see past it : a humongous and terrifying demon appears out of thin air and slaughters the uncle and the cousin. Jonas barely escapes the carnage but realizes that the demon is after him.

How do you avoid such a ruthless beast, a creature seemingly sent by the devil himself? What has this normal teenager done to deserve this fate?

And how come, this monster just as he is about to kill him like he did with the rest of his family, suddenly bows down to him and start calling him “master”?
